Instructions
- Toss a mix of microgreens (such as pea, radish, broccoli and sunflower) with cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and avocado.
- Drizzle with a lemon vinaigrette made with lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and a pinch of salt.
- Optional: Add some crumbled feta cheese or toasted nuts for extra flavor and texture.
